He then entered the long term care market and provided pharmaceutical and consulting services to nursing homes. Michael received his Bachelors Degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and his MBA in Corporate Finance from Fordham University.
Prior to joining Harbor, Michael was employed by Schonfeld Group Holdings, a New York based Investment firm, where he oversaw operations and trading at the firm’s quantitative trading hedge fund. Michael’s career at Schonfeld began in the late 1990s as an equity trader. He also held positions with other subsidiary companies as head quantitative trader and Chief Financial Officer. While at Schonfeld, Michael held his series 7, 24, 27, 55, 63 licenses.
At Harbor, Michael is responsible for establishing new business relationships and providing his knowledge and insights into the healthcare sector and the current climate of the U.S. capital markets which play an essential role in the merger and acquisition process.
Adam Schepps graduated with honors from Georgetown University where he earned bachelors degrees in both Finance and Accounting.
Prior to joining Harbor Healthcare Consultants, Adam worked as investment banking analyst with Miller Buckfire & Co., one of the worlds leading company-side advisory firms specializing in complex financial restructuring situations including recapitalizations, acquisitions, sales and divestitures, and debt and equity financing transactions. His notable company-side advisory experience includes representing Standard Pacific Corp., OSI Restaurants, Foamex, and Pegasus Broadcast Television.

Mark Alford is a successful entrepreneur with over 16 years of experience as a founder of companies in healthcare, wellness and technology sectors. He divested his first internet company for a seven-figure valuation at the age of 29. Utilizing his marketing, sales, operations and leadership expertise he has served as a consultant for Sony and other Fortune 500 companies, including Google.
Prior to joining Harbor Healthcare, Mr. Alford founded several enterprises in Healthcare IT, DME, pharmacy and telemedicine. His prior expertise specializes in providing advisory, financing, seed capital and M&A services. Mr. Alford’s diversified background and global experience enable him to better understand the needs of organizations and to continuously improve processes throughout the companies he works with. He is well equipped to work with owners and founders in the constantly evolving landscape of the healthcare and pharmaceutical field. Adria Cammeyer is a graduate of SUNY at Stony Brook with credits toward her Master’s Degree from Hofstra University. She was Senior Administrator at Patricof and Co. Capital Corporation, an international investment bank and venture capital firm, ultimately acquired by BNY Mellon. At Patricof, she worked closely with the Chairman of the Board as well as Senior Vice Presidents involved in mergers and acquisitions. Adria is licensed by the State of California Department of Real Estate as a Broker.
In his 30+ years as both a senior executive in healthcare management and as a healthcare provider, Dr. Firestone has successfully spawned and managed a wide range of companies, from high-growth potential start-ups to public corporates, domestically and internationally.
Most recently, he served as President of Restore Health, a national platform for the delivery of personalized medicine, including diagnostic laboratory testing, specialty compounded pharmaceuticals, clinical support, and training to a national network of physicians, recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in America by the Inc. 500 in 2013, 2014, and 2015, ranking #79, #36, and #8, respectively.
Dr. Firestone founded and has served for nearly fifteen years as Managing Director of HealthVentures, specializing in the creation, management, and financing of high-growth-potential companies addressing specialty pharmacy and healthcare niche markets.
He was the recipient of the M. Curtis Langhorn Award for Outstanding Research in Psychology, 1972-73, graduating magna cum laude from Emory University. He went on to earn his Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in NeuroPsychology. Today, Dr. Firestone sits as a director, advisor, or officer, to various commercial as well as non-profit, community organizations, including having been invited to co-chair the Budget and Allocations process for the Jewish Federation of Greater Indianapolis and its constituent agencies and organizations for the past three years and to serve on its Executive Committee.
With over 20 years of experience as a marketing manager and entrepreneur in the diagnostic imaging business, Chris has unique insight into the diagnostic imaging marketplace. Chris is a partner and managing member of several successful outpatient imaging centers located in California, Oregon and Alaska. Prior to his experience as an imaging business owner, he was Vice President of Business Development for InSight Health Services located in Irvine, California, which was one of the largest providers of outpatient imaging services in the US at that time. While at InSight, he was responsible for new center development and existing center acquisitions. Chris also has had extensive sales and management experience on the equipment provider side of the imaging industry, with key management positions with Israeli manufacturer Elscint, Inc. and Hitachi Medical Systems of America.
Chris has a B.S. in Microbiology from San Diego State University and an M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco.
Randle is a seasoned pharmacy industry business leader with both small and large company operational background. His experience includes key roles at Eckerd Pharmacy, Rite Aid Pharmacy, BioScrip, Avella and Imprimis Pharmaceuticals.
He has a breadth of experience in specialty, retail, and compounding pharmacy environments that spans 15 years. Randle also worked as a Director of Acquisitions for Rite Aid pharmacy.
He has managed operations from sixteen to two hundred and fifty sites with revenues ranging from $90M to $620M. He has spent the last 5 years in the specialty and compounding space and has become well versed in the ever changing landscape of pharmacy regarding managed care, manufacturer contracts, regulation changes and the FDA’s Drug Quality and Security Act.
Randle grew up in community retail pharmacy under the tutelage of his father, which helped him decide to pursue his own career in pharmacy. Randle graduated with a BS and Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Mississippi.
Stephanie Clark is the Chief Financial Analyst of Harbor Healthcare Consultants. a position she has held since July 2002.
Stephanie graduated from Miami University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting . Following graduation, she joined Price Waterhouse LLP and spent ten years managing the audits and due diligence work for numerous publicly and privately held entities including Omnicare, Kendle and Chronimed. In that capacity, she led the work on various SEC filings including initial public offerings, financing activities and transaction consummation. In her time at Price Waterhouse, Stephanie performed acquisition and divestiture work on over 50 transactions. She also provided special consulting services to maximize revenue and profits as well as to ensure regulatory compliance.
